Pause & Thrive – Yoga for Busy Lives
Step into a morning of mindful movement, connection, and restoration. Pause & Thrive is Boston’s International Yoga Day celebration—an uplifting gathering for individuals, friends, families, and wellness professionals to tap into the generative power within.
Together, we’ll slow down, reconnect, and re-energize through grounding meditation and a restorative yoga flow, followed by rotating mini-sessions including reiki, breathwork, journaling, music, and more. Enjoy space to reflect, explore, and connect at our wellness networking station, and close with an energizing group flow to carry the calm into your day.

Partner pop-up sessions will include:
Breathwork: Kelsey Rudzinsky - A certified breathwork facilitator and Founder of Breathe With Kelsey, Kelsey will offer calming breathwork practices designed to regulate the nervous system and support embodied presence.
Reiki: Caroline Goldman - Founder of Breathe in Gratitude, Caroline will offer gentle reiki energy work to support relaxation, clarity, and emotional balance.
Guided manifestation & Journaling: Robyn Parets—Founder of Pretzel Kids and New England Breathwork, Robyn will lead a guided journaling and manifestation session to help participants reflect, reset, and reconnect with intention.
Posture Lab: Claire Metrick—One of YogaHub’s own instructors, Claire, will offer a hands-on experience focused on alignment education and body awareness. She will provide guidance on foundational posture principles to support safe, sustainable movement both on and off the mat.
Networking Station: Juliana Berfield– One of YogaHub’s own instructors, Juliana will facilitate a networking station for wellness professionals and students. This will provide a chance for professionals to get to know each other, and for students to get to connect with instructors they may be interested in taking future classes with.
Refreshments will be provided by partners including Juicygreens and smartwater. Juicygreens will be providing fresh smoothies and energy bites.
