Before Booking with YogaHub

  • Please book at least three weeks in advance. For specialized classes, aim for three to six months. Early booking ensures better teacher availability and more time for promotion, leading to higher attendance and impact. While we can often accommodate last-minute requests, it's best not to wait.

  • Classes in a package expire 12 months from the purchase date. You can schedule your classes as needed, providing us with at least three weeks' notice for non-specialized classes.

  • Classes that start around 5-6pm local time on weekdays generally see the best attendance.

  • Quarterly and annual contracts are ideal for clients wanting weekly yoga classes at the same day and time. We offer discounted rates for multiple weekly sessions. Your class will have the same teacher each week to build relationships and support student progress. Payments are made monthly in advance via check, credit card, or ACH.

  • We do not offer free trials, but we provide class samples upon request and guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied in any way, we will issue a full refund.

  • An estimated range of attendees is sufficient for us to skillfully set up your class. Your quote is based on the expected number of students. There's no extra charge for a few additional attendees, but we'll consider the group size for future bookings.

  • Typical classes are 30-60 minutes. We also offer 5-25 minute sessions and workshops of longer than 60-minutes. We will curate class content based on the time you have available and your preferred topics.

  • Yes, you can choose from standard classes like yoga, meditation, and breathing techniques. Specialized classes (e.g., sound baths) are not included.

  • For virtual formats, our most popular option is Yoga Break, a chair-based practice. For in-person mat practices, Vinyasa Flow is a favorite traditional yoga class. Share your needs with us, and we'll provide guidance or create a custom class. Your YogaPro will adapt the lesson during the event, ensuring each class is tailored to the students in attendance, so you don't have to worry about the specifics.

  • Every booking includes:

    • A student registration link and class reminders

    • Custom class title and description

    • YogaPro bio

    • FAQ tailored to your class style

For bookings made with more than three weeks' advance notice, you may opt-in (at no additional charge) for personalized digital graphics in your brand colors, fonts, and logo, including:

    • Emailed graphics (sent to your contact person for distribution)

    • Clickable PDF class announcements

    • Printable or digital intranet-sized flyers

    • Social media graphics and captions

    • Custom-sized graphics

We aim to maximize participation in your wellness program. If you need any additional promotional support, just let us know!

  • When you're ready to book, we'll email you the terms. A confirmed "yes" is required to proceed. Here's how payments work:

    • For single sessions or packages, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due upfront. The balance is payable within 30 days of your first class.

    • For quarterly or annual contracts, the non-refundable deposit amount consists of the first month of classes.

    • We accept payment via check, ACH, or credit card.

    • Non-emergency cancellations require at least 24 hours notice. A 50% class fee applies for non-emergency rescheduling.

  • Yes, we are insured up to $5,000,000 per occurrence. We can provide a certificate of additional insured upon request.

Class Preparation

  • You are welcome to manage your own sign-in process or opt not to. If you choose not to use our registration system, every student must sign a waiver and release, which you will need to return to us.

  • To maximize participation, we recommend clients actively promote the class through these steps:

    • Send calendar invites with reminders.

    • Email announcements:

      • Upon booking the class(es).

      • Weekly leading up to the first class.

      • The day before the first class.

    • Utilize word of mouth:

      • Discuss in meetings and conversations.

      • Share details with higher-ups and front-facing staff.

      • Encourage them to participate and mention it to others.

    • Ensure the community knows they are encouraged to attend.

  • Our teaching team is meticulously chosen and trained to deliver corporate wellness experiences suitable for all skill levels and abilities. Our YogaPros are all certified at either the 200- or 500-hour level and internally qualified based on extensive teaching experience ranging from 500 to over 1000 hours.

We match clients with the most suitable YogaPro based on their group's needs and the event's requirements. During the booking process, clients have the option to specify their preference for their YogaPro's teaching persona.

  • We guarantee no class cancellations. If your YogaPro cannot attend for any reason, we will arrange a suitable substitute or provide a full refund for the class.

In-Person Classes

  • Clients can broadcast their in-person classes to their remote community. We do not handle the technology or setup for these bookings, and there is no additional charge.

  • No, we bring wellness directly to our clients' locations, allowing their communities to practice conveniently where they live or work.

  • We serve clients across the United States and internationally. While our team is primarily based in Boston, our comprehensive recruiting process enables us to cater to new clients and YogaPros in any location as required.

  • Currently, we offer mat rental exclusively for indoor events in Boston. If you're considering purchasing yoga mats, please allow us to provide recommendations to ensure you choose the right product.

We provide annual membership clients with complimentary prop-borrowing for the duration of their program (blocks and straps).

  • Yoga can be practiced almost anywhere, but certain conditions create an optimal environment. For traditional mat practices, we recommend:

    • 21 square feet of open space per student

    • Natural or dimmable lighting

    • Clean, odor-free air circulation

    • Hardwood floors or thin, sturdy carpeting

For desk and chair practices, we recommend:

    • One upright chair per student with approximately two arm lengths of distance between seats

    • Standard Yoga Mats: Typically ⅛ to ¼ inch thick, 24 inches wide, and 68 to 72 inches long, available at many retailers and grocery stores.

      • Avoid thick, stretchy exercise mats: These do not provide good balance and stability.

    • Chair Yoga: Metal foldable chairs are ideal props for chair yoga. If unavailable, we can adapt to the chairs you have on-site.

    • Optional Yoga Amenities: Consider enhancing your yoga experience with blocks, belts, blankets, and bolsters, though they are not required.

  • If you have strong preferences regarding music during your class, please let us know. Typically, we allow teachers to decide. If you request music, we will assign a suitable teacher who will bring a portable Bluetooth speaker to play appropriate music.

For extra-large events (usually classes with over 60 students), clients are responsible for AV setup and management.

Virtual Classes

  • We typically host virtual classes on our Zoom account so we can ensure seamless service delivery. No download or prior knowledge is required for participants.

Alternatively, clients are permitted to host on their virtual meeting platform. In these cases, we recommend that you have someone from your team present to manage the meeting and hedge for technical difficulties.

  • Turning your camera on is optional and not required. It can enhance personal connections and allow your instructor to provide personalized tips if desired. Yoga and meditation are inclusive and supportive practices, and there is no judgment or expectation. Feel free to keep your camera off if you prefer.

  • For students practicing at home, we recommend:

    • Natural lighting or dimmable lights

    • A quiet environment

    • No animals nearby, if possible

    • Hardwood floors and a yoga mat for mat practices
