Ali Singer
Founder and CEO of YogaHub and 500hr certified yoga instructor, Ali Singer has been teaching yoga in Boston for a decade. Trained in India and by some of the most highly renowned Boston instructors, she started YogaHub in order to bring people yoga where they live, work, and travel. In addition to running YogaHub, she teaches group classes and private lessons, specialized for beginners. Her own practice enabled her to overcome challenges and keep a positive mindset, no matter what. She lives, works, and inspires others with her personal motto, “good vibes.”

Erika Fritz
Erika is a highly qualified and experienced yoga teacher and Ayurvedic health counselor. Her mission is to help people find balance in their lives. She leads meditation and stress management workshops at campuses and corporations throughout Massachusetts. Once a high school English teacher, Erika is now an Educational Director at YogaHub, and uses her experience as teacher, coach, and facilitator to develop continuing education for the yoga teacher community and to help professionalize the industry.

Lloyd Hawthorn is a Lululemon ambassador and experiential instructor. Outside of his family, yoga is very much his world. He is passionate about connecting with his students, spreading his love for yoga, and helping others in their journey by sharing his journey.

Amanda Hanofee
Amanda’s lifelong passion for fitness and creativity has taken her from years of playing sports, dancing, and competing in Division I Collegiate Track & Field, to a deep appreciation and love of Pilates-based movement. Now, as a certified Pilates Mat and Barre instructor in Boston, she is deeply motivated and passionate about movement as a body AND mind exercise. Her classes are thoughtful, motivating, and uniquely challenging, fusing traditional movements with fun and challenging variations for all levels.

Laura Chismudy
Laura arrived in Boston via Chicago and Florida. She is a certified Yoga Instructor with knowledge in various yoga styles including Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Gentle, and Restorative Yoga. She earned her 200 Hour Teacher training in December 2017 from Lexington Power yoga after experiencing injuries in pursuit of various physical activities, most notable recreational circus arts. She teaches all over in both domestic and international locations and will guide you through a complete mind-body practice with a focus on anatomy and safe alignment. Expect your practice to include elements of grounding, sun salutations, strength, balance, and core conditioning and end with stretching and quiet meditation tailored to the needs of the attendees.

Adam Koslen
Adam Koslen, RYT 200, is excited to share his love of yoga. Adam practices yoga to lower stress, improve focus and health. His goal is to inspire, unite, and empower students to lead healthy, balanced, fulfilling lives. Adam became certified at Kripalu and also teaches at the Dorchester YMCA and Luna Fitness Club.

Amy Hardwick
Amy was introduced to yoga 20 years ago as a massage therapy student. Originally she was drawn to the physical aspect as it provided a balance of strength and length for an active career and lifestyle in the Colorado mountains. However, it has been the combination of physical, spiritual and emotional strength that yoga provides that has kept her coming back to her mat.
With a background in Anusara, Yin, Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, Amy enjoys teaching classes that provide a creative combination of movement with a clear focus on alignment and anatomy. She is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with her students and hopes that they are able to take these tools off their mat and into everyday life to provide balance and well-being in all aspects of their lives.

Claire Tian
Claire is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher. In addition to teaching vinyasa, Claire also specializes in restorative yoga and children’s yoga. In her class, she invites her students to celebrate authenticity and inner strength on and beyond the mat while fostering a strong sense of community.

Jess Guyer
Jess is a yoga, barre and pilates instructor, who loves to move her body in the studio, on the slopes and under the sun! Her students say “Jess always infuses her classes with great energy, expert instruction, and smiles”. Movement brings her joy and she wants to use her skills, teachings, and passion to bring this feeling to others, she believes on & off the mat, that it is all about finding your playful balance! When not moving, she enjoys the simple pleasures of life; connections with loved ones, a good meal, a delicious glass of clean crafted wine (her other fun side gig) and days at the beach :)

Justin Kelleher (he/him) is a registered yoga teacher specializing in vinyasa & restorative practices. As a dedicated student of yoga philosophy, he carries his practice off the mat and into his passion for nature, food, and art. He strives to help students tune into the present moment and deepen their relationship with their yoga practice.

Taylor Godfrey
Taylor is an enthusiastic yoga teacher who is dedicated to creating a safe classroom space where students can find strength and joy in their own practice. Taylor has a passion for creating a warm educational environment both on and off the mat. In addition to helping others develop their yoga practice, she also supports lifelong learning as a third-grade teacher.

Olga Mezhebovsky
Olga Mezhebovsky is a 500 hour yoga instructor and a DPT off her mat. Her class is an opportunity to turn inwards, investigate habits, and create new patterns. She believes yoga is available to every body, in every phase of life because in every moment there is an opportunity to practice.

Mary Kelleher
Mary was 19 years old when her best friend dragged her to her first hot power yoga class. She has been hooked ever since! Mary completed her 200 hour teacher training with Tricia Philpott through Empower Yoga School in April 2017. She wants to share yoga with others so they can experience the mental and physical benefits that she has grown to love.
Mary loves to teach on and off the mat and looks forward to sharing her love of yoga with yogis of all ages! She currently teaches power yoga and yoga sculpt at Elephant Tree Yoga in Ipswich and East Side Yoga & Fitness in South Boston. In her spare time, Mary enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Sarah Beston
Sarah Beston is a yoga and meditation teacher, inner wellness coach, and writer. Through her teachings and guidance, Sarah inspires others to overcome self-imposed limitations, helping them to uncover their individual truths and (re)discover their most authentic selves.
Sarah holds her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Spirituality and Mind Body Practice from Columbia University. She received her yoga teacher training certifications through Yoga Mittra in Manhattan Beach and Laughing Lotus in New York City. She has completed multiple advanced trainings in trauma-informed yoga, yoga for post traumatic stress, Ayurveda, and Mindfulness Based Strengths-Practice (MBSP) through the VIA Institute on Character. Sarah is an instructor at Columbia Business School’s Venture for All program, where she teaches courses on spiritual entrepreneurship and venture creation.

Massage Therapist
Ariel is a lifelong learner in the fitness and wellness industry. She studied exercise science in college, is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, a 500 hour YTT through Down Under School of Yoga in Boston, Stott Pilates trained, and is currently studying at Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester. In Ariel's classes you can expect to find ease within challenge while being curious about the various sensations that come up as the body moves from one shape to another.
