The quote form gives us a preliminary understanding of your needs. From there, we'll help you fine-tune your booking to match your exact requirements.

Key Details to Provide

To best serve your group, we need to know:

Estimated Attendance: Approximately how many people will be attending? An estimated range is fine, as we understand exact numbers might not be available in advance.

Number of Classes: How many sessions would you like to book? For multiple sessions, we can create a custom package tailored to the exact number and style of classes you need. You also have the option to schedule recurring weekly classes with a quarterly or annual contract. Programs can cover a variety of techniques and progress from one week to the next.

Class Preferences: What types of classes are you interested in? Our most popular virtual class is the Yoga Break, a desk-based practice. For mat-based practices, Vinyasa Flow is a favorite. Check out our class descriptions to see what appeals to you!

Step 2: Book Your Class

Optional Consultation Call

After receiving your quote request, we'll email you within 24 hours. You can opt for a free consultation call or continue via email. The more we understand your group and goals, the better we can tailor an unforgettable experience.

Refine Your Package

We'll collaborate with you to customize the quantity, style, and setup of your classes until you are 100% satisfied with the plan.

E-Agreement

To confirm your booking, please sign our electronic agreement. We require a 50% deposit upfront or the first month’s payment for quarterly and annual contracts.

3-Weeks Notice

Providing at least three weeks’ notice between confirming your booking and the date of your first session helps us ensure the highest level of service and engagement. The more time we have, the better the experience will be for your group.

Step 3: Finalize Details & Promote

Confirm Your Class Dates

If your schedule isn’t set upon booking, the next step is to let us know your preferred dates and times. We continuously expand our team of wellness experts to ensure that every client can hold classes at their first-choice date and time.

Questionnaire

We'll email you a brief set of questions to capture logistical details and ensure a seamless experience. We'll also explore ways to add extra value, like custom class introductions or post-session photos.

Best-Fit YogaPro & Dedicated Customer Service

We'll assign a YogaPro who best matches your audience and event. You will have a single point of contact to ensure all your needs are met. If your YogaPro is unavailable, we guarantee zero cancellations by providing a suitable substitute.

Promotional Support

To maximize participation, we provide promotional content, including:

  • Student registration link and class reminders

  • Graphics for emails, flyers, and your intranet

  • YogaPro bio

  • Custom class title and description

  • FAQ relevant to your class style

Step 4: Enjoy Wellness.

YogaPro Contact

We will email your teacher's contact information the day before class. Your YogaPro will arrive 15-30 minutes early, connect with the onsite contact, greet and check in students, and teach the class tailored to your group's needs. They will stay after class to answer any questions.

Post-Class Satisfaction

We gather participant feedback and share it with you, along with any notable details. Upon request, we can provide a list of attendees. For ongoing programs, we enhance engagement with visual content and regular updates for students.
